Object: government regulation of the national economy through bank ratings in terms of macroeconomic instability. Purpose: To develop methodological principles of stabilization of the national economy through the formation of a reliable bank ratings and practical recommendations on the use of bank ratings in the mechanisms of stabilization of the national economy in terms of macroeconomic instability. Methods: abstraction, analogies, analysis and synthesis; statistical, financial analysis, functional analysis, stochastic modeling; mathematical modeling, comparative analysis, data mining. It is offered: optimum method of forming reliable bank ratings for open financial statements Ukrainian banks improved: methods of calculating a number of indicators of bank ratings, methodical approach to the selection of financial indicators of Ukrainian banks in the rating using data mining tools.
