Romanyuk V. The corporate governance within ensuring competitive industrial enterprises advantages.

The dissertation is devoted to improving the theoretical basis and elaboration of methodological and practical recommendations for the corporate governance development in order to ensure competitive advantages of industrial enterprises on the basis of Ukraine's aircraft industry. The theoretical approaches to defining the essence of corporate governance in ensuring enterprise's competitive advantages were overviewed and improved. Thus the key features of the corporate governance mechanism evolution within competitive environment were identified and the methodological approaches to evaluating the effectiveness of corporate governance were developed. The socio-economic preconditions of aircraft construction industry enterprises’ corporate governance development are defined and the main formation mechanism components of the enterprise's aircraft industry corporate governance are revealed.
