This dissertation focuses on the analysis of thepeculiarities of verbal representation of the concept EDUCATIONAL MANAGEMENT in modern English linguistic worldview. The key components of the frame structure are the agent, the object, the institution and the results of educational management. The peculiarities of semantic structure of each lexical unit, which represents the concept EDUCATIONAL MANAGEMENT in modern English, and their cognitive peculiarities have been analyzed to reveal common and distinctive features between British English and American English.
