The dissertation is dedicated to improvement the effectiveness of prevention of fissure caries in permanent teeth with a low resistance of hard tissues in children, through the use of low-intensity laser radiation for the photoactivated disinfection fissures before fissure sealing. The were established three main factors of early tooth decay of the first permanent molars: low baseline mineralization of fissure, intense deposition of plaque in this area and active colonization of cariogenic bacteria from Bifidobacteriaceae family - Bifidobacterium dentium. The method of photodynamic inactivation of infectious agents of dental plaque, through the use of 0.1% ethacridine lactate solution and laser radiation with wavelength 445nm has been studied and improved. The method of prevention of fissure caries in permanent teeth by using the photoactivated disinfection before fissure sealing has been studied and improved. It showed high clinical efficacy of this method.
