The object of the research concerns to the investment processes of machine-building enterprises. The study aims to develop the theoretical foundations and practical recommendations that regard to the formation and utilization of the investment portfolios of machine-building enterprise. During the work over the thesis there were used such methods as: comparison, analysis, synthesis, analogy, grouping, graphical, abstraction, modeling, system analysis, financially-economical and statistical analysis, system approach, economic and mathematical modeling. The theoretical value of the dissertation is constituted by the developed methodical bases of enterprise investment portfolio formation and utilization. Scientific novelty of obtained results refers to the development of the theoretical and methodical foundations and the provision of practical recommendations for formation and utilization of the investment portfolios of machine-building enterprise. The subject of research concerns to theoretically-methodical and practical basis of formation and utilization of the investment portfolios of machine-building enterprises. Recommendations of the author are used during the process of formation and utilization of the investment portfolios of machine-building enterprises. The area for the author's recommendations implementation is concerned to machine-building enterprises.
