The object of the research is the process of state administration of institutes joint investment. The research aims to the development of the theoretical foundations and practical recommendations in order to improve for the state administration of institutes joint investment activities. The author used such methods as: comparative analysis and theoretical generalization, statistical analysis, organizational design method, the method of cluster analysis. The theoretical value of the thesis refers to the study of the theoretical principles of state administration of institutes joint investment in the national economy. Scientific novelty of the results: for the first time there is developed the method of monitoring the state of institutes joint investment in the national economy through the use of cluster analysis, there is improved system of state organization of institutes joint investment in the national economy by the deregulation powers and Introduction in a structure of the investment consultant, provision of state regulation of institutes joint investment in the national economy, there are developed the concept of " institutes joint investment", the classification of institutes joint investment complemented classification characteristics "for the number of investors" and "for the levels of risk". The subject of research refers to theoretical and methodological issues of state administration of institutes joint investment in the national economy. Author's recommendations are used during the state administration of institutes joint investment activities in the national economy. The sphere for the use of author's recommendations is revered to public authorities.
