The object of the research is the process of formation and implementation of investment strategies machine building enterprise. The research refers to the development of theoretical, methodological and applied principles of formation and implementation of investment strategies machine building enterprises. The author used methods of: systematization and generalization, expert evaluation method, induction and deduction, statistic analysis . The theoretical value of the dissertation is referred to the foundation of the theoretical principles of the machine building enterprise' investment strategies' formation. Scientific novelty of the results: for the first time was invented the method of study adopting and implementing corrective solutions to implement investment strategies of enterprises, developed constructed a set of indicators on which managers can assess the effectiveness of salable investment strategies ; the method of selection vectors implementing the investment strategy of enterprises; developed methodological approach for monitoring the status of implementation of selected enterprises investment strategies. The subject of the research is theoretically- methodological and applied principles of formation and implementation of investment strategies machine building enterprise The recommendations of author are applied to the mechanism of machine building enterprises investment strategies formation and implementation. The scope of author's recommendations are machine building enterprises.
