The object of the research concerns to the process of external fundraising for machine-building enterprises. The research refers to the development of theoretical, methodological and applied on external fundraising to engineering plants. Author used methods: analysis, system approach, process approach, grouping method, tabular method, graphical method, expert analysis. The theoretical value of the dissertation is referred to the external fundraising. Scientific novelty of the results: for the first time there are developed a process model selection prioritization of external fundraising machine-building enterprise model to identify priority methods of external fundraising to finance investment and operations engineering companies, provisions for Outdoor fundraising for building enterprise, integrated into the overall planning system of financial providing current needs and the needs of machine-building enterprise, the method of forming an integrated system of control and evaluation based on four groups of indicators, developed concepts and terminology diversification in classification of approaches to defining the essence of external fundraising and interpretation of the term "external fundraising." The subject of the research is theoretically- methodological and applied the provisions on external fundraising to engineering plants. The recommendations of author apply to processes external fundraising. The scopes of author's recommendations using refer to machine building enterprises.
