Sas N. The Mechanism of Regulation of Investment Processes in National Economy

Importance of investment activity for national economy is proved as well as the leading role of effective state regulation for emerging of investment environment and creation of favorable investment climate is defined. It is proposed to develop scientific basis of state regulation of investment process through the following directions: improvement of tax the legislation, synthesis of budgetary and monetary policies; overcoming administrative barriers; reforming of sectoral development programs; encouraging of personal investment activity; reducing of political and economic risks. As a result of improvement and realization of methodological approach to regulation of investment processes new forecast data on trends of capital and financial investments attraction into Ukrainians economy provided that dynamics of quantitative figures of investment environment is stable. Methodical support for definition of direction of restructuration of sectoral policy with use of investments allowed to specify three groups of activity by priority of capital investing, that gave an opportunity to formalize a system of methods and instruments which mechanism of regulation of investment processes includes.
