The object of the study: to elucidate the influence of the stress-strain state of "glazing" took protective helmets with dynamic action on safety in its application. The aim of the thesis: increasing security in the conduct of operations in emergency situations using claimed helmet, considering the forecast occurrence of stress-strain state from the influence of dynamic loads. Methods: theoretical and experimental research: theory of elasticity of thin shell structures; theory of optimal (rational) decisions; Standard and author of the proposed experimental research facilities; static methods of data processing. Theoretical and practical results, developed and scientifically based integrated approach in choosing the optimal (rational) parameters took protective helmets based material and its multi-layer, the overall thickness and thickness ratio of layers of elastic modulus, surface curvature killed and visual distortion of objects of observation, to predict the safety of under development of protective means to the real conditions of use. Scientific novelty: the generalized pattern of stresses on the panel of "glazing" took protective helmets and set changes depending nahruzheno-strained state (SSS) on the safety of its use; gained further development of research methodology protective equipment with an integrated approach in assessing the strength of emerging and NDS in actual use; first established ties of dependence and specific strength "glass" took on the thickness, its radius of curvature and elasticity modulus adhesive layer on the safety of multilayer claimed. Found that the design of "glass" took the band changes the curvature radius of the entire panel for the effect on the stress-strain state in the range of 0,095 - 0,39 m and the critical ratio of elastic modulus E2 / E1 = 10-2; the first time a scientific study prktychne and safety of protective helmets took account of stress-strain state under dynamic impact. The degree of implementation, based on theoretical and experimental studies of design helmet with visor with high protective properties, which was successfully tested in JSC "Hartron-Plakt" with the State Service for Emergencies in Kharkiv region. In the construction helmet with a protective visor Ukraine received patent number 81,113 on 25/06/13, Bull. №12 "Udarnozahysnyy helmet-helmet." Scope: use protective equipment when performing work in extreme conditions.
