The principles of theoretic mechanics and methods of differential and integral calculus make up the basis for research methods; and its parameters optimization has been conducted according to the methods of mathematical experiment planning. Practical relevance of research results is in parameters and modes excavating plough working part. Scientific novelty is in getting regularity of moving force changing when moving ground layer that enabled to choose the surface on which the moving force is the least. The regularities have been obtained for defining the modes for working part fluctuations with soil throwing up as well as the eccentricity value. The results of research are scientific basis for parameters and modes of plough working part optimization.
