Essay

The complex estimation to effectiveness of the capital use is proposed for the more complete realization of the economic potential of seeds enterprises. The economic and mathematical models of optimal growing and harvesting of the maximal volume of qualitative spiked grains seeds under the system of resource restrictions are proposed. The developed economic and mathematical model of calculations between seeds enterprises and cereals producers defines discounts at seeds for permanent and new clients and balances royalty and lump sum payments. The measures of non-price competition in seeds production depending on its volumes are recommended.
