The thesis is devoted to formulation of theoretical basics, methodological principles and practical recommendations for improving of personal management system for industrial enterprise. The modern definitions of economic categories personal and personal management have been analyzed. Factors, what formed modern system of personal management for industrial enterprise, have been generalized. Conceptual lines for improving have been determined. They lie in influence on social - psychological aspects of personal management system.
