Avdieiev O. Administrative and legal means of counteraction to smuggling of drugs, psychotropic substances and forged medicines

In the thesis a complex research of administrative and legal means of counteraction to smuggling of drugs, psychotropic substances and forged medicines is carried out. This the first time the possibility of application the methods of a controlled delivery and movement under secret control has been proved for the purpose of counteraction to smuggling of forged medicines with obligatory participation in their carrying out bodies of income and collecting of Ukraine in science of administrative law of Ukraine. Shortcomings of the legal regulation of movement of drugs, psychotropic substances and medicines through customs border of Ukraine, and also the organization and carrying out controlled deliveries, movements under secret control and interaction of bodies of income and collecting with law enforcement and supervisory authorities are revealed, in this connection corresponding changes in the current legislation are offered.
