Tkalich I. The legal adjusting of activity of non-state pension fund is in the system of the non-state pension system of Ukraine

Research is sanctified to opening of legal principles of social defence of population in Ukraine; general description is given institute of the pension system in Ukraine and authorial determination is offered "non-state pension" fund; by an author the specified functions of social defence and, in particular, pension system in modern society; becoming features and legal essence of non-state pension fund are certain in the system of the non-state pension system of Ukraine; the specific of realization of state control and supervision is exposed after activity of non-state pension fund. On the basis of the conducted analysis a conclusion is grounded about a pension agreement as variety of contract of the personal insurance; worked out suggestions on the improvement of current legislation with the aim of defence of interests of depositors and participants on pension agreements.
