Gushchyn O. Administration of peacekeeping activity of the Armed Forces of Ukraine

The thesis is devoted to the analysis of theoretical and practical issues of administering of peacekeeping activity of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and actual issues of its legal support. The proposals for improving the administrative and legal means in the regulation peacekeeping Armed Forces of Ukraine are first formulated. Refine the concept of "administrative and legal status of the peacekeeping forces and peacekeeping personnel", elucidated the structure and elements of the administrative and legal status of Ukrainian military who are serving in peacekeeping contingents, which allowed to make proposals for improving the management of a number of acts applicable in international peacekeeping operations.
