The theoretical aspects of management of economic security for the purpose of expanding his research on the essence and structure are deepened in the thesis. It is solved and refined the concept of "management of economic security of enterprises", which in contrast to existing interpretations reveals the economic security management of enterprises from the position of the combination set of actions, based on the protection of important interests of the enterprise against external and internal threats, the possibilities of achieving system-wide direction and implementation of its own economic interests under conditions of uncertainty and economic risks. It is given the methodical approach to assessment of the level of economic security of agricultural enterprises based on the definition of the integral indicator, including multicriteria dimension of the functional components of the system of management of production activities of economic entities. It is systematized key factors of economic development of agricultural enterprises, are crucial in assessing the economic security of business entities. It is defined the strategic directions of stabilization and development of agricultural enterprises, as factors of management. It is developed proposals on improvement of management of economic security of agricultural enterprises on the basis of ecologization of agricultural production. It is improved system of management of economic security of agricultural enterprises.
