3.The object of the study: benign nodular formations of the thyroid gland (TG). Objective: to improve the tactics of modern management of patients with benign nodular formations of the thyroid gland based on the analysis of long-term observation of patients, recurrence and complications research Methods and instrumentation: clinical, biochemical, instrumental, statistical; an ultrasound machine, "TOSHIBA", GBG automatic analyzer Chem Well. Theoretical and practical results: the results of the study deepen the existing knowledge about the occurrence of benign nodular thyroid pathology in residents of Ukraine. Study the results of long term observation for surgery, and for those who are subject to outpatient observation. . The developed algorithm for automated analysis of a large array of clinical data of electronic register of patients and the function of automatic searching for similar clinical cases, which provides data about the results of treatment are similar in circuit parameters of the patients. Developed effective methods of performing operations on the thyroid gland about nodular benign pathology, which aims to prevent specific post-operative complications. Novelty: long-term follow up of patients after breast conserving surgery for benign nodular formations of the thyroid gland refined data regarding the development of recurrence of nodulation. Vyavleno that the volume of surgery for solitary thyroid node does not affect the frequency of recurrence 10 years after surgery. Presented scientific data on the dependence of the recurrence of benign nodulation on the dose of radiation owing to accident On the Chernobyl NPP. For the first time in Ukraine conducted a pre-operative determination of the BRAF V600E gene mutation in cytological types of nodal obrazovanie. Degree of implementation: the research results are embedded into clinical practice of specialized surgical departments.Patents No. 64514; No. 82830. Fieled of using: endocrinology, surgery.
