This research focuses on theoretical, methodical and practical aspects of formation marketing of products enterprises of sugar industry. The essence, functions and main types of marketing enterprises of sugar industry are detected. The features of marketing of the enterprises of sugar industry was define. The methodological bases of marketing activities enterprises of sugar industry and market research tools are detected. The conditions of functioning enterprises of sugar industry analyzed. The approaches to the evaluation of basic parameters of the market main and by-products defined. The marketing mix of enterprises of sugar industry considering the completeness of their functions was analyze. The influence micro and macro factors on the functioning of enterprises of sugar industry researched. Were identified factors of marketing environment that enable to identify opportunities for the development of industrial and economic activity the enterprises of sugar industry. The directions of development enterprises of sugar industry were detected. The complex of marketing measures for main and by-products of the sugar industry, which involve the use of basic elements of marketing (product, price, place, promotion) and support (people and probe) was develop. The methodical approach for forecasting the price of sugar on the basis of econometric modeling with the influence of the world market of white sugar and raw sugar on the pricing by enterprises of sugar industry in the domestic market.
