Essay

The results of research aimed at developing theoretical foundations and technologies cavitation disposal of liquid waste from sodium hypochlorite as without the use of reagents and using organic compounds such as olefins production waste is given. It was established that the rate of NaClО decomposition increases with increasing cavitator power and ambient temperature. Thus, the process in adiabatic conditions is energetically more advantageous than in isothermal. The use of alkenes and aromatic organic compounds that is contained in liquid wastes of olefineproduction allows to speed up of NaClO decomposition. Intensity of this process in hydrodynamic cavitator is substantially higher, than in an ultrasonic emitter. The basic kinetic parameters of NaClO decomposition in cavitation fields was calculated and proposed possible mechanism of this process. Cavitation reagent-free method of hypochlorite liquid waste neutralisation was tested in a production conditions. Based on theoretical and experimental research results proposed and developed technological schemes of liquid waste disposal. Realized generalized technical-economic calculations strongly suggest efficiency technologies developed disposal of liquid wastes of sodium hypochlorite production.
