Haitham M. Endoprosthesis replacement of a knee joint at tumoral damage of the long bones (a clinical assessment of ways of endoprosthesis replacement) forming it

It is carried out on MSTS system the assessment of functional result of endoprosthesis replacement of a knee joint found direct dependence of result on observance of indications for the method of operative treatment and the development of complications (infectious, oncological and technical). The functional results over the 18 months after knee replacement was 61,1 ± 3,8 % of normal function for unipolar replacement, 74,0 ± 4,1 % for subchondral replacement and 68,0 ± 3,8 % for total modular knee replacement. It is established that the oncological result doesn't depend on a way of endoprosthesis replacement of a knee joint, but directly depends on degree of a malignant and a stage of local spread of a tumor. Local recurrence it can be prevented preoperative polychemotherapy. Preoperative intra bone regionarny introduction of cytostatic and an embolization of vessels of a tumor create favorable conditions for ablastical removal of a tumor. The analysis of results of endoprosthesis replacement of a knee joint allowed to develop algorithm of medical tactics which on the basis of nature of tumoral defeat defines possibility of this or that way of safe operation, allows to keep an extremity and its functions, to improve quality of life of the patient. The estimation of life quality showed that 65 % of patients retained the working capacity and worked at the moment of the last observation, 17,5 % could serve themselves and only 17,5 % permanently needed for strange support.
