Aleksandrova B. Chambers of Commerce and Industry in Ukraine as Institutions for Entrepreneurship Development Stimulation

The thesis contributes to developing theoretical, academic and methodological provisions as well as practical recommendations for advancing the role of Ukrainian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (CCIs) as institutions for entrepreneurship development stimulation. The author has studied the forms and types of stimulating business activities and determined the CCIs' role within them. The influence of CCIs in Ukraine on the business sector development has been proved. The thesis findings and conclusions have given grounds for formulating priorities in the Chambers' activities in Ukraine with the view to increase their role in entrepreneurship development, to work out alternative ways of CCIs' further development and to make recommendations on improving their efficiency.
