Samborska-Muzychko Y. Strategic analysis of banks' competitiveness capacity

The thesis is devoted to development of theoretical and practical methodological provisions of strategic analysis of banking institutions' competitiveness. Methodical approaches of carrying out strategic analysis of the competitiveness of banks are grounded in the conducted research. The concepts of "strategic analysis", "bank competitiveness", "banking product competitiveness" are clarified. Organizational stages of implementation of the competitiveness strategic analysis were selected and their relationship to the stages of Bank strategies formation was defined. Methodical approaches to the analysis of the influence of the environment on the bank competitiveness were improved. The technique of analyzing the competitiveness of the banking product was introduced. The method of analysis of banks' competitiveness on the basis of the coefficients "customer trust" was improved.
