The thesis is determined that the state of thyroid dysfunction directly dependent incidence of metabolic disorders. The data show a significant effect on thyroid status cardiac remodeling. A close relationship between the thickness of intima-media carotid artery to the level of thyroid stimulating hormone, lipid spectrum of blood serum. Appointment of hormone replacement therapy in patients with hypertension, obesity and autoimmune thyroiditis with thyroid stimulating hormone above 10 mU / L at the stage of subclinical hypothyroidism resulted in compensation of thyroid dysfunction normalization in most patients the levels of atherogenic lipid fractions, which increases the quality of care reduces cardiovascular risk and improves prognosis of the patient.
