Parfenenko Y. Models and Information Technology of Decision Support in the Management of Heat Supply of Social and Public Sector Objects.

The dissertation is devoted to the development of scientific and methodological foundations of improvement of information support of decision support in the management of heat supply of social and public sector objects. The model of the heat supply monitoring, which provides the grade of the monitoring parameters, has been developed. The model of neural network forecasting of the heat demand of social and public sector buildings has been improved by considering both climatic and social factors influence on the heat energy demand. The models for determination of the current heating mode and the issuance the recommendations on the management of the heating mode using fuzzy logic have been built. The information technology of decision support in the management of heat supply of social and public sector have been proposed on which basis the DSS "HeatCAM" has been designed.
