Cherchata A. Logistization of business-processes of construction enterprises

The thesis is devoted to development of theoretical issues, methodical and practical instruments of logistization of business-processes of construction enterprises. Usage of logistic approach and development of conceptual apparatus of logistization of construction enterprises is covered in the thesis. The author's classification of operational business-processes of construction enterprises has been formed by grouping and widening the list of components. Methodical approach to estimation of effectiveness and efficiency of operational business-processes of construction enterprises including calculation of generalized index has been suggested. The approach to the creating of the logistic system based on the usage of the developed BSC within the proposed classification of business-processes that provides justification of implementation of logistic service of the construction enterprise has been worked out. The methodical approach of grounding managerial decisions that provide the target level of operational efficiency and effectiveness of operational business-processes of a construction enterprise based on a simulation model that enables to justify the procedure of business-processes improvement by their logistization. The choice of optimal supplier based on mathematical apparatus of fuzzy sets usage that provides calculation of integrated assessment of suppliers has been worked out. Impact of business-processes logistization of the construction enterprise has been estimated.
