Essay

The object of study - the process of state regulation of foreign security. The purpose of the study - the deepening of the theoretical and methodological foundations of state regulation of the country's foreign security and the development of scientific and practical advice on the choice of state regulatory policy. Research Methods - logical analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, specific indicators, deterministic analysis, economic analysis, tabular, graphical, statistical, economic, system-structural analysis, logical analysis, formalization, simulation modeling of foreign security. The novelty of the research findings. For the first time proposed a methodical approach to the choice of the type of state regulation of foreign security policy. Improved: the definition of "foreign trade security"; interpretation of the term "state regulation of foreign security of the country"; scientific and methodical approach to the assessment of foreign security elements of the country. Has been further developed: the systematization of effective tools of state regulation of foreign countries' security; study approaches to the formation of priority directions of improvement of such security elements as institutional security, price volatility and the stability of economic relations; determination of regularities of formation of foreign security of the country; priority areas for improvement of the state regulation of foreign security of Ukraine. The research results are used in the practice of the Mykolayiv Regional State Administration, the Regional Chamber of Commerce of Mykolayiv region and in the learning process Black Sea State University named Peter Graves.
