Andrusiv U. Formation of a management mechanism for innovative activities for construction companies

The thesis is devoted to development of theoretical and methodological foundations as well as practical recommendations for building up an innovative management mechanism for construction industry enterprises. Developed conceptual-categorical apparatus concerns innovative activity on the interpretation of the concept of "innovation management mechanism". The methodical approach is provided to the formation of mechanism of innovative activity of enterprises in the construction industry. Approach to evaluation of innovative activity in construction industry is presented on the basis of the proposed integrated indicator, considering the activities of the company in three areas: economic, social and environmental. The approach to positioning companies in construction industry was improved in terms of innovation and economic growth on the basis of building up an appropriate matrix. The improvements were accomplished for the mechanism of innovation management for companies in construction industry, which includes the use of modern control technology (clustering, business process reengineering, outsourcing, benchmarking and controlling) and combines the elements of a complex functional unit and support unit. The approach was offered in terms of evaluating the effectiveness of an innovative steps that allows to choose the most effective ways to improve innovative operations in construction industry. The recommendations were given for creation of integrative structures based on the construction industry clustering business involving, among other organizations, the companies of mineral complex that will provide the solution to ecological and economic problems of innovative activity in construction industry.
