Stepanenko V. Organizational-legal bases of investing in the agro-industrial complex of Ukraine

The thesis is devoted to complex research of institutional and legal framework of investment in agriculture (AIC) of Ukraine, and as a result the proposals were elaborated to improve the financial and legal instruments of investment activity in agriculture of Ukraine. Within the framework of the fulfillment of the tasks of the research the following peaces of work were carried out: a comparative analysis of the legislation governing investment in agriculture Ukraine was done; organizational and legal principles of financial and investment in agriculture were found out; the concept and the contents of the financial and investment relations in agriculture were revealed; the essence of bank lending as a tool for financial and investment in agriculture was determined.
