The dissertation provides a comprehensive study of the legal regulation of budget financing of environmental protection. Thus, it describes the applicable legal framework governing the implementation of budget financing of environmental protection; determines the specific features of the domestic financial and economic system in the environmental field; and analyzes the system of the state management in the field of public funding of environmental protection. The paper proves the necessity of applying the Deming cycle as a management method of budget financing of environmental protection (PDCA cycle means Plan-Do-Check-Act). The use of this method in various areas of activities allows for efficient management of these activities on a systematic basis.
