Essay

The work provides diagnostics of conditions of Ukraine’s water-supply complex in terms of stability according to the established set of indicators, determines peculiarities of crisis processes impact, investigates territorial characteristics of the complex development. The thesis outlines approaches to the management of water-supply complex in Ukraine, defines the place and importance of the instruments of state-private partnership and state target programming as to management possibilities and studies a system of innovation mechanisms for financial support of the sustainable development model.
