Object: government processes and regulation of business development in Ukraine. Purpose: To study the theoretical and applied scientific principles of state policy in a competitive enterprise system of internal trade of Ukraine. It is offered: scientifically grounded principles of state policy in a competitive enterprise system of internal trade as a separate area of state policy; improved: study depends scale and pace of development of entrepreneurship in the system of internal trade conditions and factors, methodological approaches to the analysis and evaluation of the competitive environment of business systems, internal trade, foundations and boosting public policy management and support entrepreneurship in the trading system.
