Nadiievets L. State regulation of financial intermediation in the economic system of Ukraine

Object: state regulation of the process of financial intermediation in Ukraine. Purpose: synthesis and development of theoretical principles of state regulation of financial intermediation and substantiation of practical recommendations for improving the efficiency of financial intermediation and strengthening their role in the economic system of Ukraine. Methods: We generalizations; retrospective analysis; analysis and evaluation; method of statistical analysis; comparison; econometric analysis tools; graphical and tabular methods; methods of scientific abstraction and detail. It is offered: advanced, interpretation of the essence of the concepts of "financial intermediary" and "financial intermediation"; Scientific approaches to the classification of financial intermediaries based on a synthesis of existing and selection of such additional criterion characteristics and types of financial intermediaries, methodical approaches to forecasting the share of assets of financial intermediaries in gross domestic product and determine the likely trends of banks, methodological approaches to improve the system of supervision and regulation banking on an analysis of the effectiveness of the NBU.
