The thesis is devoted to the analysis of characteristics of administrative and legal regulation of charity organizations' activities. The development of legislation of Ukraine about charity activities has been analyzed; and system shortcomings in the current legislation within the studied area have been established. The author's definition of the charity activities has been offered. The legal principles of charity organizations' activities have been characterized.
