The object - the process of implementation of the state regulatory policy to promote the development of maritime tourism in Ukraine; goal - development and study of theorethical and methodological approaches for improving the economic and organizational tools implementing state regulatory policy to promote the development of maritime tourism in Ukraine; methods - abstracted, comparison, induction and deduction, system analysis, historical, abstract and logical, groupings, monographic, statistical and economic; results - development and substantiation of theoretical and methodological approaches to improve economic and organizational tools of state regulatory policy to promote the development of maritime tourism in Ukraine; introduced - the Culture and Tourism Department, nationalities and religions of the Odessa Regional State Administration (Act od 10.05.2015), in the activities of the Department of Culture and Tourism of the Odessa City Council (Act of 11.03.2016), in the educational process of the International University for the Humanities in teaching subjects "International economic relations", "Basics of Matitime business" (Act of 15.05.2015), in the practical activities of the German consulting company "Kaufmann Unternehmensberatung GmbH" (information from 03.09.2016); branch - economics and management of natioanl economy.
