Essay

The thesis is devoted to development and improvement of theoretical and methodological principles and practical recommendations for the introduction and implementation of business process reengineering management engineering enterprises. The essence of the process approach to management, structured components of the business process and their classification. Investigated and improved scientific and methodological principles of forming the conception and implementation of business process reengineering based on monitoring of the classifications and hierarchies based business process management system of crisis management. Comparative analysis tools for redesigning business processes were conducted, that allow identifying the characteristics of reengineering and clarifying its role in the system of production. Based on the systematization and improvement of theoretical concepts and provisions of the proposed categories of the reengineering and attention is focused on the application of reengineering coverage using above mentioned classification of business processes. "Business process reengineering" - a process of significant improvement of existing business processes, it is due to their radical redesign and improve the functioning of the central administration, operating and providing departments with a view to strengthening and ensuring long-term competitive position involving a wide range of instruments redesign. The influence of external and internal factors engineering enterprises, analyzed the efficiency of industrial and commercial activities revealed conditions that determine the need for reengineering. Diagnostics of business process engineering enterprises has allowed to identify problems functioning, inefficient organizational structure, duplication and control its implementation of transparent in all processes, control processes sometimes carried out by persons not affiliated with them impractical classification of business processes in four groups namely "process control", "business processes", "process support (support processes)" and "process measurement, analysis and improvement" the absence of effective corrective and preventive measures to identify problems and improve business processes, there is no relationship business processes and functional responsibilities of staff, is not carried out monitoring of the efficiency of personnel and business processes. Therefore, to solve the internal problems of management appropriate to use the tools that are able to optimize the organizational structure, functions and redistribute redesign business processes. Done expert assessment of the impact of business process management and reasonable use of application tools for ranking, evaluating importance problematic business processes and determine the necessary parameters. Developed and reasonably methodical approach reengineering business process management based on evaluation of the financial capacity and efficiency of business processes engineering companies, its redesigned and improved business process management and submitted proposals for their continuous improvement. According to the results of a comprehensive study of business process management engineering companies, made a comparative assessment of generalized indicators management system processes. This provided an opportunity to assess the effectiveness of business processes and performance models introduced by reengineering. Since opportunities for improving business processes implemented by the comparative evaluation of the performance management system with the objectives set out in the policy of quality. Performance management systems identified by analyzing information and data about the actual implementation process by those responsible for their implementation.
