Essay

This thesis is one of the first complex research in Ukrainian jurisprudence that deals with the problems of legal regulation of water fund lands use and conservation. The results of the thesis determine concepts, features and structure of lands of water fund in Ukraine. The author found out legal criteria of demarcation of water fund lands from other land categories. The peculiarities of acquisition and implementation of property rights and rights to use water fund lands in Ukraine are analyzed. Legal norms to restrict the use of lands of the Ukrainian water fund are under study.
