Petrenko S. Delphi system as a forming tool of ICT competences future teacher of computer science in the elementary school in learning of visual programming

The author expanded the scope of competence approach in preparing future teacher of computer science in the elementary school; allocated structural components, built the model of formation informatics-communicational-technological competences of future teacher of computer science in the elementary school. We clarified the meaning of "ICT-competence of future teacher of computer science", "learning of visual programming" for future teacher of computer science in the elementary school; improved criteria for formation of the ICT competences of future teacher of computer science in the elementary school with purpose to identify ready for use Delphi system in professional activities. Further development has been the technique of using the Delphi system as a means of formation of ICT-competences of future teacher of computer science in the elementary school in teaching visual programming. The essence of the developed methodology is that LMS Moodle platform was chosen to present course materials. Developed in the survey method proved to be effective and can be recommended for introduction in Ukraine universities for training this category of students.
