This thesis research is aimed to solving a complex of the scientific and technical issues related to the development of the models and methods of steering system construction of the space-distributed nets on a simulation modeling basis.The results of work permit us: make choices of the rational values of parameters of steering system construction by the space-distributed nets; implement optimal monitoring of parameters of managed objects for the criterion of minimum distance between the switching network nodes of transmitting control information; determine the degree of correlation between the parameters of managed objects, thus providing a defined quality management system with a minimum number of control information; minimize basic parameters errors of steering system construction of the space-distributed networks.The implementation of these models and methods allows ensuring effective construction of space-distributed nets management systems according to the criteria of minimum distances between the switching network nodes of a self-organizing network and - the criteria of a minimum amount of control information.
