The thesis deals the examination of administrative and legal protection of the rights of individuals to public property in Ukraine. Based on the analysis of theoretical developments, the current legislation, generalization of legal practice, contemporary and historical experience suggested conceptual approach to the problem of improving the administrative and legal regulation in the sphere of public property in Ukraine.
