Danshina K. Legal regulation of labor relations on farms in Ukraine.

Thesis deals with the legal regulation of labor activity of employees of farms. Singling out the following forms of the right to work in these farms as members of farm work, involving citizens to work by the concluding an employment agreement (contract) labor activity under civil law agreements on labor. It is proved that citizens of Ukraine who are relatives or family members can work on the farm enterprise also under an employment contract. However, with the status of "employee" are listed persons cannot be members of the farm. If the citizen is a member of the farm, before signing the employment contract, it should in accordance with law get out from the number of its members. Although the specifics of labor members farms and are determined by special legislation and statutes of the latter, guarantees of employment, occupational safety, employment of women, youth and persons with disabilities are provided as prescribed in labor legislation. Advocates position on the inclusion of the new Labor Code of Ukraine the special chapter "The employment of farms employees," which will bring together norms which reflecting features of concluding an employment contract, mode of working hours, payment and labor protection of these farm workers.
