The dissertation is a complex scientific research of the organizational and legal fundamentals of the military prosecutor's offices operation in Ukraine and its improvement. Taking into account the provisions of the Constitution of Ukraine, the national legislation, the in-house regulatory framework and materials of prosecutor's practice, the dissertation outlines the system and structure of military prosecution bodies, the competence; the particularities of military prosecutor's offices operation are shown; the content of work organization elements is disclosed; the scientifically-founded recommendations on improvement of the current legislation, in-house regulations and practice of their application are laid down.
