The thesis is devoted to the development of effective neural network models and methods of recognition of phonemes in the voice signal in distance learning. To do this, developed a series of principles and application of models of neural networks for recognition of phonemes that take into account the variability of application conditions that provide the ability to create effective methods for neural network recognition. The method of creating the training set and neural network method of recognition of phonemes that provide allowable recognition error and take account of the creation of the training set conditions and limitations for computing resources web server.
