Myschyshyn M. Socio-psychological image of a successful professional as a factor of students' professionalization.

The dissertation is devoted to the socio-psychological analysis and empirical determination of the content and structure of a social and psychological students' image of a successful professional. The model of a students' image of a successful professional, which includes cognitive, affective and behavioral components is theoretically and empirically developed. The relationships between the characteristics of a students' image of a successful professional, motivational force to achieve professional success and individual psychological characteristics of a personality such as: the need to succeed, the profession choice motives, the type of thinking, the level of emotional stability, the professional inclinations to personality types, the professional value orientations are empirically established. The training "Activation of a successful professional image in the minds of students", which aims to increase the students' motivation for professional fulfillment by means of constructing a clear and bright image "I am a successful professional", is developed.
