Analyzed legal genesis of the organization, formation and development of internal security units of the National Police of Ukraine, clarified the nature and structure of administrative and legal status of the internal security units of the National Police of Ukraine, defined responsibilities and rights as a legal basis for administrative personality of internal security units of National police of Ukraine, highlighted features of enforcement activity of internal security units of the National police of Ukraine, explored the legal responsibility of internal security units of the National police of Ukraine.
