Yaroshenko V. The appeal proceedings in administrative judicial procedure of Ukraine: theory and practice

The thesis contains a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the theoretical and practical aspects of cassation proceedings in administrative courts of Ukraine. In the paper theoretical approaches to the concept, nature, content, tasks appeal has been researched. Special attention is paid to the basis, conditions and preconditions of the right to appeal. The problems on reasonable terms is prescribed at the stage of appeal in administrative proceedings, in this context, special attention is paid to the initial moment of course a reasonable time and its end. The problem of building administrative judicial system of Ukraine, order of resolution of disputes that may arise in the Supreme Administrative and Supreme courts, in view of the European experience regarding the separation of administrative courts of general jurisdiction headed by the Supreme Court are actualized.
