Essay

Purpose is devoted to development of scientific principles and practice recommendations on information and communication supply of enterprises' cluster interaction. Theoretical and methodological foundations of clusters as a new organizational networking structures in terms of information economy were clarified. Communication strategy model of cluster's web portal based on the companies' virtual platforms integration with other members of the cluster into a common information space was developed. Optimal management decisions process of cluster's participants modeling for minimizing transactional costs in the preparation and implementation of joint projects was done. Scope: Telecommunication Company.
