The thesis is devoted to systematic and thorough analysis of the administrative and legal support of the prosecution activity. The paper defined the concept, nature and characteristics of organizational support of the prosecution, held genesis of administrative and legal support of the prosecution, investigated the administrative regulation of administrative and legal support of the prosecution. Found out the contents and elements of the administrative and legal framework organizational support of prosecutors, established types of administrative and legal support of the prosecution activity, explored the classification of carrying out organizational support of the prosecution activity. In thesis determined problems of administrative and legal support of prosecutors and their solutions. Analyzed foreign experience of legal regulation of administrative and organizational support of the prosecution activity.
