Dissertation is devoted to optimizing the diagnosis and prognosis of essential hypertension in combination with type 2 diabetes mellitus, based on a comprehensive evaluation criterion relevant factors of cardiovascular risk in their interaction with biomarkers energy supply and circadian rhythm of blood pressure in patients with essential hypertension and type 2 diabetes mellitus. Found that the most common factors of cardiovascular risk in patients with essential hypertension and type 2 diabetes mellitus are family's history of cardiovascular diseases and type 2 diabetes mellitus, abdominal obesity, dyslipidemia, smoking and physical inactivity. Found that patients with combined pathology characterized by violations of the physiological rhythm of the arterial pressure at 68.8%, due to the increase of people with the profile of "non-dippers" and "night-peakers". Patients with comorbidity compared with patients with essential hypertension without type 2 diabetes mellitus, characterized by violation of energy homeostasis and development of the energy deficit state, increased anaerobic glycolysis , impaired utilization nonetherified forms of fatty acids . The thiol-disulfide balance has shifted to the oxidative side in patients with essential hypertension with type 2 diabetes mellitus, and in patients with essential hypertension without diabetes - has shifted to the recovery side. Established tight links between factors of cardiovascular risk and the formation energy deficit state.
