The thesis is devoted to the complex general theoretical and practical research of the organizational and legal support of the tourism in Vietnam in the context of his comparison of the organizational and legal support of the tourism in Ukraine and substantiation of the scientific findings and suggestions for improvement. There are the features of tourism in Vietnam, the relationship between the concepts of the public administration, the state regulation and the organizational and legal support of the tourism in the thesis. The origins and development of the organizational and legal support of the tourism in Vietnam were analyzed.
